When you request a planning checklist, we collect your name and email address. We may also collect technical details associated with the submission, including the submission time, IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, language, referring page, network information, and a request identifier.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, deliver a requested checklist, contact you, determine whether our services may be a fit, protect the website, and maintain appropriate business records. You may opt out of non-essential follow-up messages at any time. Submitting a request does not create a CPA-client relationship.
Sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank information, medical information, or other confidential documents through the consultation form. If we work together, we will provide an appropriate secure method for exchanging documents.
